APPLICATION PERIOD ENDED | Who are we looking for? We are looking for a Director, Strategic Marketing to be our strategic marketing lead being responsible for the strategic plan, brand stewardship and digital marketing to drive the second stage of growth of our Business Unit.
This role is a key partner to the Business Director of our Services business unit and a key role in the marketing team. This is a new role, as we seek to elevate the revenue growth process with a data driven leadership and ultimately go international.
Your core responsibilities
- Leading and implementing a successful marketing strategy that supports the sales growth of the company. Analyze market data, researching new markets and create KPI´s for monitoring results.
- Continually review changes to the market, trends and customer needs adjusting the marketing plan if necessary.
- Strategic positioning of Vastuu Group brand for the purposes of growth. This includes stewardship of the Vastuu brand so that it supports the company's growth and internationalization goals.
- A secondary role is supporting the business units’ innovation and product development process to build solutions with compelling propositions.
This role includes strategic and tactical planning of marketing communications together with the marketing communications team.
What do we expect from you?
- + 8 years of experience in marketing management positions where supporting a sales process is a key metric
- Experience in growth marketing, in generating qualified leads in an industrial environment, marketing to senior decision-makers. Experience within the built environment is an asset but not necessary
- Experience in marketing early-stage technology solutions and practical experience in creating and implementing go-to-market strategies which aim at getting market attention and generating leads
- Experience with modern digital channels, including the data analytics of growth marketing
