Does your company use subcontractors? In Finland the Act on the Contractor’s Obligations and Liability when Work is Contracted Out, obligates you to check that your contracting partners fulfill their legal obligations.
If your company does subcontracting, your company is the one screened according to the requirements of the above act. You are also required to adher to requirements regarding the posting of workers and the Occupational Safety and Health Act.
