Valtti+
Manage the competences and work permissions of your employees, authorise information directly to the main contractor, and speed up access for your workers to the construction site.
Valtti card
Valtti card is an electronic ID that complies with the Occupational Safety and Health Act and also serves as an access pass to the building site. Each Valtti card contains the holder’s photograph, name, tax number, and employer details.
Report
In the Report service, you can retrieve Reliable Partner reports free of charge. By activating the Report PRO service, retrieved reports are also archived in the service automatically.
Valvoja
Valvoja is a tool designed for the client that retrieves and archives automatically the data required by the Act on the Contractor’s Obligations and Liability when Work is Contracted Out of Reliable Partner companies that are being followed.
Building Site Register
The Building Site Register helps in fulfilling the obligation to provide information in the construction sector. The service serves as a shared database and data archive of the building site.
Employee management
In the Employee Management service, you can manage the information of your employees. After the information has been entered, the service will automatically check whether the details of your employees have been entered into the public tax number register that is maintained by the Finnish Tax Administration.
Register to a worksite
In the Register to a worksite service you can register your company to the worksite by using the worksite key. The service can also be used to manage the details of the reporting contact person of your company, as required by the obligation to provide information in the construction sector.
Zeckit
Zeckit is a company data service and search produced by Vastuu Group that includes all Finnish companies and their background information and customer reviews.
SignSpace
The SignSpace service enables digital signing and management and archiving of contracts.
MyDataShare
MyDataShare is a MyData operator platform and a software-as-a-service package for managing digital identities, personal data sharing and processing related permissions between individuals and digital services.
