Reporting Valtti card employment information

Our team at Vastuu Group is dedicated to working towards combating the grey economy, and we continuously enhance our services to meet the industry's evolving challenges. Safety and responsibility are important values for us, and we take pride in contributing to the greater common good. 

In order to support the fight against grey economy and promote workplace safety we require all our Valtti card customers to join the Reliable Partner service. If it is not possible for the company to join the Reliable Partner service, we require the company to report the following information:   

• Company name, contact information and country of tax residence 
• Status of hired labour and/or posted workers in Finland 
• Collective agreement in Finland 

The information shall be provided through a separate form. Reporting Valtti card employment information is billed annually according to the current price list, which is €140 + VAT per year from 1 November 2023. Billing is based on the costs of maintaining and storing the employment information.  

We can also provide a document of the reported information upon request which you can use to verify to your contractor that your company cannot join Vastuu Group's Reliable Partner -service. However, please note that the document is not a legal statement of the contractor's liability documents under Finnish law. The documents required in the contractor's liability act should be still delivered separately to your contract partner. 

We will deactivate the Valtti cards on March 28, 2024, if the company has not submitted Valtti card employment details via the form by then.
