Changes to Reliable Partner Responsibility Information in April
We will implement changes in April to the responsibility information questions in the “Other Responsibility Matters” section of the Reliable Partner service. The question concerning links to Russia will be clarified to better support public procurement requirements.
The question on Russia-related connections will be revised as follows: “Does your company have public procurement units as customers?” (yes/no). If the answer is “yes”, an additional question will appear requesting information on any links to Russia held by the company or by parties exercising control over it.
This update is being introduced to ensure that the section aligns more accurately with EU sanctions relating to public procurement involving Russia. Public procurement units require this information to assess any potential connections between their suppliers and Russia.
The change will require Reliable Partner customers to update their responsibility information. Once the update has been released, companies may log in to the Reliable Partner service and provide the required information by responding to the new questions under the Responsibility tab. We will notify Reliable Partner customers of the change and provide instructions on how to complete the updated questions once the modification has taken effect.
