Your suppliers' Reliable Partner Subscriber Liability reports are alwaysup-to-date and electronically auditable.
The supervisor will notify you by email of any changes to your suppliers' data. You will be informed immediately if there are any issues to be clarified!
You do not need to archive the reports separately, as thereports are automaticallyarchived in the service from the date of the start of monitoring for at least the period required by law.

Once you add a company to monitoring, you automatically receive notifications of significant changes.

Create a monitoring list

Name the list and assign a responsible person. You can also add other identifying details if needed.

Add companies to monitoring

You can add companies to monitoring either individually or in bulk.

With Valvoja data integration, you can use Reliable Partner supplier data directly within the system you already use. Data integration is ideal for companies that want to monitor supplier information as part of their own procurement, contract, or supplier management processes. Using the data integration requires a valid Valvoja subscription.

What does Valvoja data integration mean?

Valvoja data integration enables you to access Reliable Partner supplier data directly in the system you use.

What are the benefits of data integration?

Data integration reduces manual work and brings up‑to‑date supplier data directly into your company’s own processes. Valvoja takes care of data monitoring, change notifications, and the automatic archiving of contractor’s liability reports.

What is required to use data integration?

Using the data integration requires a valid Valvoja subscription. If you access Reliable Partner data through a service provided by your system vendor, you will also need an agreement with Vastuu Group. An agreement with the system vendor alone is not sufficient for using the data.

How do I enable data integration?

First, ensure that your company has a Valvoja subscription. Then check with your system vendor whether the system you use supports Valvoja data integration. If needed, Vastuu Group can help ensure that your subscription and implementation prerequisites are in place.

Is your supplier's Reliable Partner information missing from the service?

This can be quickly remedied by inviting your company to become a Reliable Partner! You can make a referral in the Valvoja service with just a few clicks. To send an invitation to join, click on the Missing button for the company in the service and select Send Invitation from the window that opens. If necessary, edit the message that appears, fill in the email details and send.
