Customer Portal
Through your account, you can access the services you use and centrally manage your company’s information, users, and services. Once you have created an account, you can also request Reliable Partner reports.
What is the business style used for?
After creating a business account, you can go on to subscribe to and use our services or, for example, retrieve Reliable Partner reports from. You can also use your business account to invite new users to your account and give them access to various services.
NOTE: In order to subscribe to the vouchers, your company's employee details must be added in Employee Management.
What is the customer portal used for?
The free customer portal makes your company’s transactions easier.
After creating an account, you can order and use our services or, for example, request Reliable Partner reports. You can also invite new users to your account and grant them access rights to different services.
On the homepage, you can see all the services offered by Vastuu Group at a glance. After logging in, you can access the services either from the homepage service overview or from the drop-down menu in the top bar.
From Service Management, you can check which services your company is using and the license level of those services. Through your account, you can request your company’s Reliable Partner report, update the company’s billing address, or change contact details in the Zeckit service.
For example, the company name shown on the Valtti Card comes from the information provided in the customer portal.
NOTE: To order a Valtti cards, the company's employee details must be added in the Employee Manager.
A branch or a foreign entity?
If your company is a branch or a foreign entity, the customer account must be created for the foreign parent company. You can ask our customer service to add the branch’s Business ID to the parent company’s account for reporting in the Worksite Register or for ordering Valtti Cards.
