Vastuu Group APIs
We offer several different API integrations for our partners. The APIs enable seamless data transfer directly from Vastuu Group’s services through the service provider to end customers.
Raporttinoutaja API
The Raporttinoutaja service allows you to retrieve Reliable Partner contractor's liability (CL) reports in XML and PDF format directly into your system. You can display the up-to-date status of all supplier companies' reports within your system or fetch a specific report when preparing a request for quotation in a procurement system. This is a contractor's liability-only service, and it requires a customer relationship with Vastuu Group.
Korttivarasto API
The Valttikortti (Valtti Card) is a smart card with an RFID tag that can be used in various access control system solutions. You can retrieve Valttikortti data into your system from the Korttivarasto API using the RFID tag or barcode read by a card reader. The Korttivarasto contains information on all activated Valtti cards and serves as an interface for verifying authenticated ID cards. Information on deactivated or blocked cards is also available in the Korttivarasto.
Valtti+ Tarkastaja API
Through the interface, you can retrieve a person’s: Qualification details with attachments (Occupational Safety Card, Hot Work Card, eOrientation, etc.). Information proving the right to work, with attachments (Travel document, Residence permit and pending application certificate, and certificate for posted worker) The API requires an end customer-specific license, which must be ordered separately from Vastuu Group.
Työntekijätiedot - Person API
Depending on your system's use case and data needs, you can supplement the information on the Valttikortti (Valtti card) with data from our Person API. For example, through the Person API, you can retrieve all the information required for the Finnish Tax Administration’s employee report into your system on behalf of your customer acting as the main contractor on the construction site.
Työmaarekisteri API
Through the Työmaarekisteri API, you can create construction sites and edit data for sites you manage within the Building Site Register directly from your system. If you or your customer already uses the Building Site Register, you can easily retrieve a list of sites via the API and import their data into your system. You can also save contract and invoicing details via the Erämies API, and site access data via the Kulkuri API into the Site Register. Using the Site Register, you can conveniently send both contract and employee reports directly to the Finnish Tax Administration – the reports are generated automatically based on the stored contract and access data.
Kulkuri & Erämies API
You can save contract and invoicing data to the Site Register via the Erämies API and site access data via the Kulkuri API. Through the Site Register, you can easily submit both the contract report and the employee report directly to the Finnish Tax Administration – the reports are automatically generated based on the contract and access data you have stored.
