Customer Notice: Insurance Company Name for Liability Insurance Information in the Reliable Partner Service

In the Reliable Partner service, the name of the insurance company that has issued the insurance policy will be displayed alongside liability and patient insurance information in the future. Other liability and patient insurance details that are already published and will remain unchanged include the policy validity period, insurance coverage amount, geographical scope of validity, and insured business sectors.
This change is being implemented to increase transparency, reliability, and the quality of data management in our service. The development work is based on feedback received from our customers.

From the perspective of the Act on the Contractor's Obligations and Liability when Work is Contracted Out, liability insurance is voluntary supplementary information in our service. Companies may still choose to prohibit the publication of liability and patient insurance information in our service by notifying our customer service via email at customerservice@vastuugroup.fi.
