Service interruption in the Valvoja and Valtti services between 15 - 19 May

Vastuu Group is developing the Valvoja and Valtti services to make them even smoother to use and will release new versions on 18 May 2026. The service renewal will result in service interruptions in the Valvoja service, Employee Management and the Card Service.

As part of the renewal, the Valvoja service user interface will be unavailable from Friday 15 May 2026 at 8:00 am until Tuesday 19 May 2026 at 8:00 am. During the outage, the API will operate normally, meaning that use via partners’ and customers’ own systems will continue without interruption. Read more about the Valvoja service renewal.

Please note that email notifications related to changes in monitoring list alerts will not be sent between 15–19 May. We recommend checking any changes in the user interface after the outage.

For the Valtti service, there will be a service interruption in Employee Management and the Card Service on 18 May 2026 from 9:00 am to 12:00 pm. Ordering Valtti cards will not be possible during this time. During the outage, the API's will operate normally, meaning that use via partners’ and customers’ own systems will continue without interruption.
