Workforce and Valtti Card data in the Luotettava Kumppani(Reliable Partner) service

We have made updates to the Luotettava Kumppani(reliable partner) service to improve the comparison of workforce data and Valtti Card information, as well as the detection of potential inconsistencies. The changes particularly concern reported workforce data, active Valtti Cards, and the number of personnel based on financial statements. 

What has changed? 

The updates apply to the Responsible Persons and Personnel and Summary pages of the report. 

The service now more effectively identifies situations where personnel-related data from different sources may not be aligned. 

In the following cases, the service will display a “Discrepancy detected” label: 

• No employed workforce has been reported, but the company has more than three active Valtti Cards
• The number of personnel reported in the financial statements is significantly lower than the number of active Valtti Cards, with a difference exceeding 20 persons 

In addition, information has been added alongside the personnel figure indicating that the number is based on the most recently confirmed financial statements, including the reporting year. 

Please note that the personnel figure based on financial statements cannot be modified within the service. 

The objective of these changes is to: 

• increase transparency in workforce data

• make it easier to identify discrepancies between different data sources

• support our customers’ risk management and the reliability of information 

   

What does this mean for customers? 

Please review the current workforce data of your company or your contractual partners and ensure that all workforce-related information has been reported correctly in the service. 

If needed, updates to reported workforce data can be submitted through Vastuu Group customer service to update the report. 

Please note the nature of financial statement data: the personnel figure is based on the most recently confirmed financial statements and cannot be modified within the service. The information is updated automatically once new financial statements are confirmed. 

Assess the data as a whole. Differences may result from different points in time, such as the current situation versus the financial statement period. 

If necessary, request further clarification from your contractual partner, especially if the personnel figure in the financial statements is clearly lower than the number of active Valtti Cards, or if the report includes a note about discrepancies in workforce data.
