Change to the Reliable Partner Service: Notice of discrepancies between employee and Valtti Card data

We have introduced an update to the Reliable Partner service that helps identify potential discrepancies in a company's employee information.

Going forward, a notice will be displayed on the Reliable Partner Service if the number of employees reported to the service differs from the number of Valtti Cards ordered for the company. The notice will appear both on the service front page and on the Responsible Persons and Personnel tab.

The purpose of this change is to improve transparency and help companies keep their employee information up to date. Accurate information also supports clients and other stakeholders in assessing the reliability of supply chain data and addressing potential irregularities.

If this notice appears on your company's information, we recommend reviewing the employee information reported to the Reliable Partner service, as well as the number of Valtti Cards ordered for the company, and updating the information if necessary.
