Following yesterday’s background system updates, an issue was identified affecting the retrieval dates in reports in the Reliable Partner service.
In most reports retrieved today, 7 May 2026, the date 6 May 2026 is shown incorrectly in the field “Report retrieval date”.
The issue has now been resolved, and from tomorrow, 8 May 2026, the correct retrieval dates will be displayed in all reports.
No action is required from our customers.
