Finnish customers of the Reliable Partner Contractor's Liability Information service will now use a new view familiar from the Reliable Partner service when logging in. The old view has been discontinued for Finnish companies. Due to technical reasons, foreign companies will continue using the service via the old page.
The new view offers more functionality than before. Companies can, for example, update occupational healthcare information and securely submit required attachments to customer service. In addition, companies can edit service-specific contact details and download the contractor liability report.
The downloadable PDF report, as well as reports downloaded and archived from services such as Valvoja and Report, are for the time being produced in the old visual layout as PDF files.
Reports with the new visual layout will be made available for download later, and we will inform customers about this separately.
In the new view, it is also easy to upgrade the service version to the new Reliable Partner service.
