Changes to Vastuu Group's Partner Programme General Terms and Conditions

Vastuu Group's Partner Programme General Terms and Conditions will be updated from 1 January 
2026. Attached to this message you will find the Partner Programme General Terms and Conditions that will come into force at the beginning of the year. Below is also a summary of the key changes.

In this notice, we provide information about the changes to the Partner Programme General Terms and Conditions and their impact on the Partner Program. Below, you will also find a summary of the key updates.

The key amendments to the terms and conditions are as follows:

• - We have improved the English language version of the terms and conditions, clarified
  the structure of the terms, condensed the language and revised the terminology
• API availability: added new section 3.2, which describes the availability of the APIs
• API changes: section 3.3 has been clarified so that only changes with adverse impact 
  on partner systems will be notified in advance; furthermore, changes can be made 
  without prior notice if this is necessary for reasons related to data security or 
  compliance with legislation
• Presentation of data in the partner system: added new section 4.2, which clarifies that 
  the partner must clearly indicate Vastuu Group as the source of all data available from
  Vastuu Group's APIs in its system, and that the data must be presented in the form in 
  which Vastuu Group provides it
• Certification: former section 6 has been removed, as Vastuu Group does not currently 
  offer certification
• Investigation of API use: the partner's explicit obligation to compensate without an 
  upper limit has been removed from section 6.2

Until now, we have communicated updates and current matters also by email. Going forward, however, all announcements will be published exclusively on our website.
