Following the launch of new services and changes in services, amendments have been made to the Terms of Service of Trust Services
Vastuu Group will launch a new version of the Valvoja service later this spring and make other changes to its service portfolio. As a result of these changes, the General Terms of Service, the Terms and Conditions for Processing of Personal Data and the Special Terms and Conditions of Trust Services will be updated.
The Terms of Service for Valtti Services have undergone structural changes. The previously separate Special Terms and Conditions for Employee Management, Valtti+ and Valtti+ Customer-Specific Qualifications have been incorporated into the Special Terms and Conditions for Valtti Services. Going forward, these services will form part of the Valtti Services and will be provided under the Special Terms and Conditions for Valtti Services. In addition, the content of the Special Terms has been condensed.
The following key changes have been made to the Terms of Service:

In addition, minor improvements have been made to the terminology and translations in the English and Swedish versions of the Terms of Service.
The updated Terms of Service have been published and can be viewed here. The amended Terms of Service will apply to all Trust Services from 18 May 2026.
