Combined the special terms and conditions for these services and clarified that these special terms and conditions apply to the use of the Korttivarasto and Person APIs.

Special terms and conditions for Reliable Partner

Reliable Partner service has been brought under the same terms and conditions as other Trust Services, and specific terms and conditions have been created for the service. The change replaces all previous terms and conditions of the Reliable Partner service. The change does not affect the information content or authorisations of the service.
