Addition to the Special Terms and Conditions of Trust Services and launch of the Finance Monitor Service

Vastuu Services Oy is launching a new Finance Monitor Service for lenders and for applicants and recipients of funding. The service enables companies to provide potential lenders with, for example, information on the sustainability of their operations and their financial situation.

New Special Terms and Conditions for the Finance Monitor Service have therefore been added to the Terms of Service of Trust Services. You can view them here. The new Special Terms and Conditions apply from 7 September 2026. 

This addition does not affect the General Terms of Service of Trust Services, the Terms and Conditions for the Processing of Personal Data, or the Special Terms and Conditions for other services.
