From the Report Service, you can retrieve Reliable Partner reports for free. All you need is a free business account. By using the paid Report PRO service, the reports you retrieve will also be automatically archived in the service and you will no longer have to worry about it.

Company search
You can retrieve Reliable Partner reports free of charge from our Report service once you have registered your account to the customer portal.
Company reports can be searched for by using the company name or registration number. However, the registration number is recommended as it serves as the company’s unique identifier. Remember to choose the relevant country in the drop-down menu of the search view to ensure that you can find your report.
If you are looking for foreign reports through the Finnish search function by using a Finnish business ID, the service will transfer you to open the company’s report from the information of the foreign head company.
If your company doesn’t yet have an account, you can create one and start using the Report service immediately!
Report PRO
Report PRO archives the reports on your behalf
Reports required by the Act on the Contractor's Obligations and Liability when Work is Contracted Out must be archived for a minimum of 2 years after the contract has ended. With the Report PRO service, all Reliable Partner reports checked by the employees of your company will be saved into the service automatically.
