The Terms of Service and the Privacy Notices of the Taito Register and Valtti card service will be updated. The changes will take effect on December 16th, 2020.
The reason for the changes is our general target to develop electronic services together with our partners that enable digitalization of services and benefit the entire real estate and construction industry through increased transparency and open data. By sharing information about the number of Valtti cards and competencies that exist in the companies, we can for example help contractors and their suppliers to find suitable partners easier. Each company also benefits from the fact that this information is available to everyone.
According to updated Terms of Services, Vastuu Group can:
- Publish the number of issued and valid Valtti cards at company-, group- or industry-specific level in its own services.
- Publish the number of competencies entered in the Taito Register at company-, group- or industry-specific level in its own services.
- Share above mentioned information with Vastuu Group’s selected business partners.
- Individual data subjects, their cards or competences cannot be identified from such numbers.
The changes in the Terms of Services and the Privacy Notices do not require any action from our customers.
