The Valtti card and the Ilmoita service are reformed on 26 September 2022. Following the reform, the ordering of Valtti cards and the adding and management of employee information will be moved from the Ilmoita service to new services, namely the Employee Management service and the Card Service.
Due to the service reform, the Ilmoita service will be unavailable from 17:00 on 21 September until 8:00 on 26 September 2022. Please note that
- new Valtti cards cannot be ordered during the Service break.
- the production of the cards will not be interrupted at any point, and all orders that are placed by 17:00 on 21 September 2022 will be delivered as normal. Please ensure in the preview of your order that the photographs of the cards you order before the service break are of good quality in order to ensure that your card order will not be unnecessarily delayed. - starting at 8:00 on 26 September 2022, cards will be ordered from the new Card service instead of the Ilmoita service.
- the service reform does not require any action from you. In connection to the commencement, we will add the users the right to use the new services and will also transfer the employee information and Valtti cards included in the Ilmoita service directly to the new services.
Instructions for ordering new Valtti cards and for using our new services, namely the Card service and the Employee Management service, will be available in our help centre by 26 September 2022.
Please remember that the currently valid Valtti cards will continue to work normally at least until 31 May 2025, unless the validity period specified on the card expires earlier.
Please inform your employees of the changes and print a short information bulletin (in Finnish) on the new Valtti card.
