The Valvoja service will be renewed on 18 May 2026 – new service levels and pricing
The renewed Valvoja service will be launched on 18 May 2026, at which point the current Valvoja will be discontinued. As part of the renewal, the service levels and pricing will be updated, and the service will move to a modern platform that enables faster development and new features.

New service levels: Lite and Standard

The new Valvoja service includes two service levels.

Lite

  • Includes the core basic features and largely corresponds to the current Valvoja service.

  • Existing customers will be transferred to the Lite level by defaul

Standard

The Standard level provides a more comprehensive solution for supplier chain management:

  • supply chain view

  • supplier register

  • status information for sustainability and compliance reports.

  • Additional features will be introduced later, including support for foreign suppliers and D&B Rating.

The Standard level can be pre‑ordered by contacting our sales team: myynti@vastuugroup.fi

Going forward, the user interface and the API will always be included in the same license.

How will your current service level transfer to the new structure?

Customers will be transferred from the old model directly to the nearest higher tier. Below you can see how your current level will transfer and the new pricing.

Old level Number of monitored companies (old model) New tier Lite Standard
XS 0-10 Max 25 290 € / year + VAT 380 € / year + VAT
S 11-50 Max 50 490 € / year + VAT 700 € / year + VAT
M 51-150 Max 150 1100 € / year + VAT 1800 € / year + VAT
L 151-300 Max 300 2700 € / year + VAT 3150 € / year + VAT
Unlimited Number of monitored companies Custom level (customer‑specific)

When will the new pricing take effect?

The new pricing will take effect when your current billing period ends, unless the service level is updated during the billing period.

Existing Valvoja customer accounts will be automatically transferred to the Lite version, and no action is required from the customer.

Transition period for automatic level upgrades (until 4 August 2026)

Going forward, Valvoja will automatically upgrade the service level if the number of companies affecting the license exceeds the limit of the current level.

To avoid surprises at launch, a transition period is granted until 4 August 2026. During this period, exceeding a level limit will not result in an immediate automatic upgrade. After the transition period, automation will take full effect.

We recommend reviewing your monitoring lists and closing unnecessary monitoring before the transition period ends.

How you can influence the number of suppliers:

Standard-tason käyttäjän lisenssiin vaikuttaa myös “valvonta lopetettu” tilan yritykset, jotka ovat aktiivisella For the Standard level, companies with the status “monitoring ended” that remain on an active monitoring list also affect the license.

If you have pre‑ordered or are considering the Standard level, you can influence your supplier count by archiving unnecessary monitoring lists and removing outdated suppliers from the lists. Please ensure compliance with the Contractor’s Liability Act and archive required records before doing so.
On the Lite level, monitoring can only be ended, not archived.

How are companies counted for licensing purposes?

Each company is counted only once – duplicate entries are removed.

Lite: companies under monitoring and companies retrieved via the API affect the license. “Monitoring ended” does not consume a license.

Standard: companies in the supplier register also affect the license. “Monitoring ended” consumes a license if the company is still on an active monitoring list. If the monitoring list is closed, its companies do not consume licenses – the list remains as historical data only.

Important note: Business partners and Reliable Partner

Companies on monitoring lists are counted toward the number of monitored companies even if they are not part of the Reliable Partner service. At the same time, comprehensive monitoring of sanctions, financial, and contractor liability data is practically not possible without the Reliable Partner service – even though the company may still appear in Valvoja and affect costs.

This is a good opportunity to recommend the Reliable Partner service to your business partners to ensure comprehensive monitoring.

Instructions and training

Support for using the new service will be available from launch. Instructions and training videos will be published in our help center.

Service interruption

In connection with the transition, the Valvoja user interface will be unavailable from Friday 15 May 2026 at 08:00 until Tuesday 19 May 2026 at 08:00.
The API will operate normally during the interruption, and usage via partner and internal systems will continue without disruption.

Please note that no email notifications regarding monitoring list alert changes will be sent during 15–19 May. Please review any changes in the user interface for this period.
